Live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and physical game mechanics in licensed studio environments. Duit88 does not control or influence the outcome of any live dealer game. All live casino game rules are displayed within each game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules.

Duit88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that data transmissions will be error-free, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of KYC if not already completed.
Duit88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (c) use of the platform for suspected money laundering or other fraudulent activity; (d) multi-accounting or bonus abuse; (e) court order or regulatory direction; or (f) any other reason that the Operator considers necessary to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Duit88 from seeking interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
Duit88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Duit88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your registered account.
Your continued use of the Duit88 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
